Youth Minister – Rogers, AR

Oakley Chapel UMC in Rogers, AR is seeking to fill a part-time paid Youth Minister’s position with a highly motivated, Christ centered individual who is organized and has a great love for Youth. This individual would be required to work Sundays and another day during the week (generally Wednesdays, but flexible) overseeing the ministry of youth 7^th – 12^th grades. The individual will be responsible for selecting curriculum, recruiting and training volunteers. The individuals will work approximate 12-15 hours per week with a competitive salary.

Oakley Chapel is a growing and thriving church in Northwest Arkansas with the projection of 19%-20% population growth in the area over the next five years. The applicant should have experience with youth and in youth ministry.
