2011 was a big improvement over 2007, but more needs to be done. The event is MUCH too expensive. And why not look at what the Wesleyan Church does http://www.mywycon.com/index.html or the Lutherans?
Thanks Richard, I’ll explore the link. Our office does participate in an ecumenical leadership group to explore the many ways that denominations offer these kinds of gatherings. In terms of cost, I am curious about what is “much” too expensive – what ballpark would you think would be reasonable for a 4-day event along the lines of the past YOUTH events?
